Diana Tronco
Founder and CEO
Diana has more than 20 years’ experience within the industry holding several technical to commercial positions. Her field roots in competitive markets like the USA, underlining the efficient and cost-effective solutions needed in this current market. She holds a Bachelor in Mechatronics Engineering from ITESM and a MBA from the Technology University of Munich in Germany.
Andrew Hardaway
Operations Director
Andrew has more than 40 years’ experience in Drilling Services. Andrew has a proven track record of successfully planned, engineered and drilled wells worldwide which brings an unique solid expertise to Inco. He holds a Bachelor in Mechanic Engineering from the Charter University in the UK.
Pedro Javier Garcia

Prevention Officer
Pedro has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry. He has held key positions, including roles as a Technical Manager and Performance Drilling Manager, where he managed teams and led projects across Latin America, Africa, and Europe, demonstrating his commitment to excellence. Pedro holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the Universidad de América in Colombia.
Patrick Lutz
MWD coordinator
Patrick Lutz joined Inco-Drilling in 2023 after graduating as a Petroleum Engineer from Montanuniversität Leoben. He started his career as a field-based MWD Engineer, where he quickly demonstrated strong technical capability, commitment, and a proactive approach to operations.
Through continuous development and consistent performance in the field, Patrick has progressed into the role of MWD Coordinator. In this position, he plays a key role in supporting operational excellence, coordinating MWD activities, and mentoring the next generation of engineers.
Patrick’s journey reflects Inco-Drilling’s commitment to developing young talent into future leaders within the directional drilling and geothermal industry.
Mahtab Golestani
MWD R&M Engineer
Mahtab has more than 10 years of experience and a solid background as an MLWD Project Manager and Maintenance Engineer in the drilling sector. Mahtab holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering physics from the Ferdowsi University of Mashhad and two Masters in Laser and Optical Engineering at Shahid Beheshti University and in Petroleum Engineering at the University of Tehran.
Jan Albert Koning
MWD/LWD Field Engineer
Jan Albert has more than 30 years of experience within the oilfield, most of which as MWD/LWD field engineer implementing a wide range of MWD/LWD tools and equipment for data acquisition critical to the drilling process, well placement and formation evaluation. Jan Albert holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from the University of Aberdeen and a Master’s degree in Paleontology/Stratigraphy from the Free University of Amsterdam.

Shayna Verástegui
Financial Assistant & Support Engineer
Shayna joined Inco-Drilling in 2024. She controls and maintains the company’s CRM system. She also develops software solutions to automate the whole service cycle, from Sales to execution and closeout. Additionally, she supports to the Purchasing and Invoicing processes. Shayna has experience working as an engineer in Latin America since 2019 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Santander University in Colombia.
