What are you going to do
Inco Drilling is growing and they are looking for an Account Executive who can expand the customer base in the different categories. You generate new business, maintain and expand existing clients. You are the sales manager, also an advisor and the link between the departments and the customers. You maintain and visit existing and potential relations. The scope is for bringing in new projects that fit within the (commercial) objectives of the organization. The moment a project is active, you keep track of its progress accurately and optimally, for example generating and steering on constructor sheets. In addition to generating and managing business, you are aware of the latest developments on the market and you contribute ideas to optimize the service. There is a lot of room for creativity and ideas to grow and build further.
What can you expect from us?
You end up in the core team. This small team has been carefully selected to realize the total ambition of the client. The lines are short, there is a lot of freedom and responsibility. Own initiative is encouraged and the team is always there to help each other. You have a varied position, internationally oriented. No week is the same in this ambitious environment with diverse clientele. The Managing Director sees you as her right-hand man in Sales.
All business trips are of course reimbursed. You will receive market-based primary and secondary employment conditions that match your work experience
What are you bringing?
As an Account Executive you have the drive to help build the business. All possibilities must be used. You are a worthy discussion partner with international customers and a team player. The one that gets the job done. You have a technical background, basic knowledge of flows and pressures is desirable. You also bring commercial experience in an industrial environment. Experience with tenders is a plus. Given the international character of the client, you have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language. An additional language is a plus.
